VidR Terms of Service

Effective date: 5 August 2026 · Operator: Dominik Łupicki · Contact: dominiklupicki@gmail.com

1. What VidR is

VidR is a private video-localization, publishing, and analytics application operated by Dominik Łupicki. It is used exclusively for YouTube channels he owns or is explicitly authorized to manage. VidR is not offered as a product or service to the public, is not sold, charges no fees, and provides no public registration.

2. Authorized use

Only the operator, or a channel owner who has explicitly authorized VidR through Google's OAuth consent flow for their own channel, may use VidR. Every write action against a channel (upload, thumbnail, captions, metadata, playlist, scheduling) requires the operator's prior approval of that specific action.

3. YouTube API Services

VidR uses YouTube API Services. By authorizing VidR, the channel owner also agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledges the Google Privacy Policy. Handling of data obtained through Google APIs is described in the VidR Privacy Policy, which adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Authorization can be revoked at any time at Google account permissions or by disconnecting the channel in VidR.

4. Content responsibility

All uploaded content originates from master files for which the operator owns or controls the required rights. The operator reviews each video's rights status and compliance with applicable YouTube policies before publication. VidR does not certify content on YouTube's behalf.

5. Warranty and liability

VidR is provided "as is" for the operator's own use, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's liability towards any third party arising from the use of this private tool is excluded.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated as the application evolves; the current version is always published at this address.
