VidR

Private video-localization, publishing, and analytics application

VidR is a private application operated by Dominik Łupicki for YouTube channels he owns or is explicitly authorized to manage. It is not offered to the public, has no public user registration, and has no third-party customer accounts.

What VidR does

• Prepares professional language editions of documentary films from rights-owned local master files: translation, target-language narration, timing adaptation, rendering, captions, thumbnails, and metadata — all produced outside YouTube.
• After the operator approves a finished language edition, VidR uses supported YouTube API Services to upload the video, add captions and an approved thumbnail, set localized titles and descriptions, manage playlist membership, and schedule or keep the video private.
• Displays authorized, owner-only channel analytics in a private dashboard. Aggregate totals combine only channels verified to belong to the same YouTube content owner.
• A sequential thumbnail-rotation feature exists in the codebase but is disabled and will not be activated before its changed use case is approved.

VidR never downloads or extracts audiovisual content from YouTube, never sells or shares Google user data, and never combines YouTube API data with third-party data sources.
